Endotrace Field — Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Endotrace Field (the "app") is the mobile app of Endotrace, operated by:

2. Who the app is for

The app is a work tool for the company's authorized employees and sellers. Accounts are created by the company; there is no public sign-up, and you must sign in to use the app. It is not a consumer app.

3. Data we collect and why

• Account email and name. To sign you in and to send you one-time sign-in codes.
• Precise device location. Each time you save, send, print or export a company document, the app records one precise location fix and stores it with that document, to show where the document was made. Location is read only while the app is open. The app does not use background location and does not track your movements.
• Network address and approximate location. Our server records the IP address of each write request and the city and region derived from it, together with that record.
• Device identifier. A random identifier generated by the app, used to bind your session to your device and for security.
• Crash diagnostics. If the app crashes, a crash report is sent to our server so we can fix the problem. The app sends no other performance or analytics data.
• Business data you enter. Orders, payments, returns, credit requests, notes and similar records. This data belongs to the company and is used to run its business.

4. No advertising, tracking or sale of data

The app contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or advertising software. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

5. Storage and security

Your data is stored on servers controlled by the company in the United States. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.

To let you work offline, the app keeps a local copy of the data it needs on your device. That local copy is removed when you sign out.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your employee account is active. Business records, including the location stored with them, are company records and are kept according to the company's record-keeping obligations. We do not keep a separate history of your movements.

7. Your choices and rights

• Location. Location permission is controlled in your device settings. Without it you can still read information in the app, but actions that save or send data to the company's server stay disabled, because the company requires a location with each record.
• Access or deletion. To request access to or deletion of your account data, contact your company's Endotrace administrator, or write to the postal address above. Business documents are company records and may be retained as described in section 6.

8. Children

The app is a work tool for adults and is not directed to children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this address, and the effective date above shows when it last changed.
